New Berkman Display at University of Georgia
Dr. Karen Berkman made a special trip to the University of Georgia where her father, Dr. Harold Berkman, attended school and graduated in 1949 in record time. To honor his memory, the family donated his WWII Eisenhower jacket, medals and various pieces of memorabilia to the Student Veterans Resource Center (SVRC). They created a beautiful display that resides in the student lounge area.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Muriel Berkman, co-founder of the Harold and Muriel Berkman Charitable Foundation. Muriel devoted her life to family, friends and community. She has always demonstrated her generosity through giving to her favorite charities that improve the lives of children and families, specifically St. Jude Research Hospital and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
